I am a certified Short Sale Specialist and Certified Short Sale Negotiator. I hold several other short sale designations but the really important thing is that I probably do more short sales in Skagit County that any other agent.
Although any Realtor can fascilitate a short sale, do you want to be the first one they have done? Think of it this way. The doctor you go to on a regular basic is a doctor, but is he the doctor who you would want to do open heart surgery if you needed it? You want a specialist and I am that specialist.
