Market Statistics for Skagit County Real Estate May 2012, the market is shifting

Here are the market statistics for all of Skagit County's Real Estate Sales, Active Listings and other data for May 2012. 

If you are thinking of selling your home in Anacortes, La Conner, Bow, Burlington, Mount Vernon, Sedro Woolley, Hamilton, Lyman or Concrete, you will want to look at this report. 

The market has substantially improved over the last couple months, if you are a seller that is. If you are a buyer, the interest rates are still good but inventory of available homes is down and can make it hard to get the deal you were able to get several months ago. I still believe it is an opportune time to buy as prices are still low overall and interest rates are at historic lows.
